Birthed in 2018, Wieldy aims is to make it affordable for all accommodation owners to digitalise their locks, whether that is with keycard, pin-code or mobile ekey on a smartphone.

Wieldy’s lock and web app helps guests check-in quickly with zero human interaction. Guests can receive a pin-code or webkey before they arrive making a smoother and more efficient process for everyone. Guests will automatically received an email or SMS asking them to click on a link taking them to the Wieldy guest web app (no download required on app stores). Our web guest app will ask the guest to check-in, then give access to a webkey or passcode and also offer the opportunity for them to buy any upsell (for example, airport transfer, champagne in the room, flowers etc.). On check-out the webkey or pass-code will automatically be deactivated informing the guest their digital key has expired.
