Your customers will automatically received an email or SMS asking them to click on a link taking them to the Wieldy guest web app (no download required on app stores). Our web guest app will ask the guest to check-in, then give access to a webkey or passcode and also offer the opportunity for them to buy any upsell (for example, airport transfer, champagne in the room, flowers etc.). On check-out the webkey or pass-code will automatically be deactivated informing the guest their digital key has expired.
